Advanced Reports

@schedule has many advanced reporting features. Some of our features are unique.

Some features that are included in @schedule such as Earned Value Analysis are sold as expensive premium modules by our competion.

Detail Task Reports provide three sort options:

• Sort by Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), Organizational Breakdown Structure (OBS), Task ID. WBS order allows you to review task progress by areas. WBS breaks are clearly shown by WBS Description Band.
• Sort by Organizational Breakdown Structure (OBS), Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), Plan Start Date. OBS order allows you to review task progress by the disciplines responsible for the work. OBS breaks are clearly shown by OBS Description Band.
• Sort by Plan Start Date, Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)Organizational Breakdown Structure (OBS). Plan Start Date order allows you to review tasks by the date schedule order of tasks.

@schedule has an Intelligent WBS™ that allows it to automatically create Level One and Level Two rollups of your schedule:

• Level One Schedules show task progress rolled up to the highest level of your WBS.
• Level Two Schedules show task progress rolled up to the lowest level of your WBS. Your WBS hierarchy can have a different number of rollups in each branch and @schedule will understand how to pick the lowest level in each branch.

has Paging Gantt Charts™.

• Paging Gantt Charts™ make it easy to see both the Gantt and a lot of information on the same page.
• Each page of the schedule has a Gantt chart at the top depicting only the tasks that are shown below on the same page.
• Each Gantt Chart is automatically time scaled to fit the tasks shown on the page.
