Advanced Features for Schedule Development and Review:

  • @schedule displays the schedule in easy to review pages.
  • On each page, it places a Gantt chart above the data. This way, you can see the important task data and the gantt at the same time.
  • The Gantt chart displays the tasks for the page only.
  • @schedule Automatically Time Scales the Gantt charts so that they exactly fit the start and end dates of the displayed tasks.
  • It selects the smallest time scale that fits the duration of the tasks on the page.

@schedule provides three options for ordering the display of scheduled tasks:

  • Order tasks by by Work Package Order (WBS).
  • Order tasks by the responsible organization (OBS).
  • Order tasks by Plan Start Date. Use this when you want to see the timing of the project tasks or schedule order of the tasks

Highlites unusal task attributes as you develop the schedule.

  • Highlites the backgrounds of Task constraints that are not default
  • Highlites the backgrounds of task predecessors that are not Finish-To-Start

Color codes task data by task state:

  • Completed tasks are Gray
  • Tasks started but not completed are Blue
  • Tasks not started are Black
